Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Brick hosted an awards luncheon to honor 10 team members who have dedicated over 25, and in some cases more than 35, years of service. The event, attended by Brick Township Council President Heather DeJong, showcased the facility’s commitment to workplace quality and team recognition. Eli Rosenblum, the administrator, expressed gratitude for their loyalty and dedication in caring for the community. The long-time team members received award plaques, with Andrea Garvin, the director of human resources, highlighting the significance of such loyalty and retention in an industry often plagued by high staff turnover. Willow Springs, known for its quality care, holds a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and was recognized as one of the nation’s top skilled nursing facilities in Newsweek’s “America’s Best Nursing Homes 2023.”
