Kudos to the team at Willow Springs! They made me feel cared for and provided the support on my path to becoming stronger. The physical therapy team made my time in the gym fun which made the time go by faster even when I didn’t feel like I had it in me to complete the stations. Thank you to all involved in getting me home!

The therapy team really worked me hard and often until I felt strong enough to get back into the community. The food was excellent and the spaghetti dinner was my favorite! The Staff was always so friendly and accommodating, and any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed. My Willow Springs experience was so much more enjoyable then my previous stay at another rehab nursing home; my spacious room was an added bonus and the Activities Program was superb.

Gracie, Maggie, and Allen were so good to me! I’m very appreciative of their kindness as well as other staff. I’m gluten free and your chef, Ted, went out of his way daily to make sure I had the food I needed. He spent time going over the menu and he even went out to the store himself. It was so kind and appreciated. As for your physical therapy team, I couldn’t say enough about how much they helped me. Julie, Jessica, Iris and the team were very efficient and kind. Thank you!

I’m thankful for Willow Springs Urgent SNF program because my insurance denied my rehabilitation stay, and I thought I’d go home alone. Once I got to Willow Springs, I realized it’s better than I expected, and I was going to get better. I was also happy that my primary care physician Dr. Demartin came to see me here. I found friends immediately who I knew from the Women’s Club at Greenbriar. I had great meals in the dining room with my little group. Therapy was very good, and I especially liked working with the Speech Therapist Cheri. Now, I’m moving into The Chelsea, and I hope to see you all again when I visit.
Willow Springs is wonderful. I give 5 stars out of 5 to everybody here!

I appreciate all that the staff at Willow Springs has done for me. I have participated in therapy for several weeks, and I’m looking forward to getting back to my life. I have met some very nice people and improved my physical condition. I do have some regrets that I’m leaving this fine institution, but I don’t want to miss another minute of my life! I have a good, full life at home and enjoy every minute. I can’t wait to see my friends again & have a ball. Hopefully, I’ll see you all again. Thank you!

“I’ve rehabbed in a few other places, AND THIS IS THE BEST I’VE SEEN!”
Willow Springs provided a joint replacement educational lecture to the Greenbriar Kiwanis Club, and shortly thereafter, I was in need of a joint replacement & orthopedic rehabilitation. I contacted Kathy, the marketer, who provided me a tour & prebooked my rehab stay. I think the accommodations here are first rate. I’ve rehabbed in a few other places, and this is the best I’ve seen! The therapists are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. As a lifelong entertainer, I even enjoyed playing the piano for the residents one afternoon. I’m so glad I learned about Willow Springs as I used to pass by it all the time, and I did not know all that they have to offer!
