Willow Springs Rehab & Healthcare Celebrates CNA-Graduate Employees

Willow Springs Rehab & Healthcare Center celebrated six employees becoming Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The facility partnered with LTC Career Training for the State of New Jersey CNA certification, with clinical training at Willow Springs. Mayor Lisa Crate of Brick Township attended the ceremony to honor the graduates. The CNAs initially worked as Temporary Nurse Aides during the pandemic. The initiative was led by Andrea Garvin, director of human resources. The center’s management praised the CNAs’ dedication and hard work and sees them as healthcare heroes.
