The new RESTORE program made therapy fun!
After a hospital stay for a heart problem, I was discharged to a rehab facility near the hospital. I was not happy there, and my niece suggested that I transfer to Willow Springs. I’m so glad that I did. The facility is cleaner & there is a friendlier atmosphere. They have a super nursing staff! I enjoyed the therapy, especially working with Julie. She’s a darling person. They’re all great and helped me get better, so I can return home. The new Restore program made therapy fun, and I really liked winning the jackpot twice!
Thank you, Willow Springs, for a memorable rehabilitation stay!

I’m thankful for Willow Springs Urgent SNF program because my insurance denied my rehabilitation stay, and I thought I’d go home alone. Once I got to Willow Springs, I realized it’s better than I expected, and I was going to get better. I was also happy that my primary care physician Dr. Demartin came to see me here. I found friends immediately who I knew from the Women’s Club at Greenbriar. I had great meals in the dining room with my little group. Therapy was very good, and I especially liked working with the Speech Therapist Cheri. Now, I’m moving into The Chelsea, and I hope to see you all again when I visit.
Willow Springs is wonderful. I give 5 stars out of 5 to everybody here!

When my mother-in-law Antoinette needed rehab, she could have gone back to Meridian, but there was no private room for her there. The social worker suggested Willow Springs, and now this is Antoinette’s second time here. Our first impression was that it looks like a hotel lobby. Everything is clean & beautiful. All of the staff are so good to her – the nurses and aides met all of her needs. The housekeeper Millie would always stop and wave hello. The food service director Ted frequently asked how we’re doing and checked to see if we needed anything. The food is excellent, and I enjoyed having meals here with Antoinette in the dining room. The therapy is excellent and the therapists helped alleviate Antoinette’s neck pain. When she expressed a concern, they listened and addressed it. The activities also kept her busy – she really enjoyed the live entertainment and Bingo games.
It’s been a very good experience here, and if she ever has to come back for more rehab, this is where she’ll come!

I am from Booklyn, and my sons chose Willow Springs for my rehabilitation needs because it’s closer to their homes. I enjoyed the camaraderie I experienced with fellow residents here. I had a good time with Joyce – she’s really a rip! When I needed some quiet time, I liked to read my books in the lounge. It’s such a nice, comfortable space.
The rehabilitation services were excellent. I worked with Catherine & Cherie, who kept me motivated. Thanks to them, I can walk out of here on my own two feet. Now, I’m relocating to Brick to stay near my sons & grandchildren. I’m looking forward to this next adventure!

I’m happy that someone from Ocean Medical Center recommended Willow Springs to me. You guys are the best!
The people in therapy are wonderful, especially Paul, who I got along with so well. I had a very good roommate Joyce. We had fun together, and I’m going to miss her. She encouraged me to go to the dining room where we enjoyed great meals. When my husband visited on his birthday, Sherill sang Happy Birthday to him and he joined me for lunch. It was the best birthday he’s had in a long time! Overall, I had a great stay, and I hope to be back to visit. Thank you, all!
