You no longer have to worry about urgent and emergency medical scenarios. TeleHealth Solution, a telemedicine company, will help provide 24/7 medical care for our residents.
Willow Springs Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has partnered with TeleHealth Solution to provide residents with the best care possible: Experienced, board-certified doctors on-demand, who can provide residents with virtual medical evaluations in urgent and emergency situations. Our goal is to prevent unnecessary transfers with ambulance rides, waiting in emergency rooms, and extra expenses. Medical exams will be performed “in-facility” where patients can remain comfortable in a familiar environment.
- When a patient has an urgent medical need, the nurse simply calls our round-the-clock hospitalists.
- When a virtual evaluation is necessary, doctors connect to the staff and the patient by high-definition audio and video.
- The doctors guide staff through an examination, assessing patients with a 12-lead ECG, virtual stethoscope, and many other tools.
TeleHealth Solution’s doctors can order additional labs and tests to reach a proper diagnosis, treating many medical conditions without a trip to the Emergency Room.
