Willow Springs Recognizes an Incredible Volunteer – Anna Weingartner

No amount of words can express the gratitude that we here at Willow Springs feel for our volunteer Anna. What this woman has done for our facility in making a difference in the lives of our residents each and every day is unimaginable. From prayer services, to night time bingo, to assisting at meal times, and simply taking our residents for a stroll to sit outdoors on the patio. Anna Weingartner has been a familiar face in our building for the past 20 years. Today we are saddened as Anna is opening up a new chapter in her life and moving to be closer to her children. We are all wishing her the best of luck on this move and hope for it to be a smooth transition. She has left footprints on our hearts that will never diminish. Today staff, residents and friends threw her a special going away party and as inscribed on her one of a kind award, for a one of a kind human, you are undoubtedly, the World’s Greatest Volunteer! It’s not goodbye Anna, it’s see you soon!
